I love my Kindle. Especially the way you can see what parts others have underlined too. In fact, in one marriage book I'm reading right now, one line was highlighted over 100 times! Amazing! I love it when something significant resonates with many of us in the body of Christ.
I want to share such a line, actually a prayer, from chapter one of our book, Winning Him Without Words. It's a beautiful prayer that Lynn wrote:
Jesus, right now as I begin this new day, I surrender my place of authority over my life to You. I am placing You firmly on the throne of my life. Teach me to focus on Your desires for living. I give You my entire life this day. In Your powerful name, Jesus, amen.
This is where we start thriving in our marriages and in all areas of our lives-when we entrust our lives in the loving and capable hands of Jesus. Amen?
