In case you didn’t get to watch our live broadcast, here’s the recording of The Intentional Marriage show from yesterday. I will warn you that I got a little emotional, but in a good way! LOL! But I did. God is filling my heart with so much new stuff right now, I can’t even put it all into words. He’s revealing amazing things, one of which I will share with you on Tuesday. God showed me a lie I’d bought into about my marriage. One I think many of us fall into.

So, enjoy the show. Forgive my tears-just know they come from my love for Jesus, my love for you, and the message God put on my heart to share with you today. Watch to the end so you can find out about the surprise too!

    Dineen, I love your husband’s enthusiasm over your book! That is really wonderful. I missed the live broadcast yesterday, but so glad it was posted to view today. Thank you for sharing the powerful message of 1Peter 3:1-5. I needed to be reminded of it. Aww,Dineen and you cried.. Your passion for this ministry really showed – beautiful! Thank you!

    Thank you so much for this. I wish I could fully express just how much your words and everything I’ve read on this website has blessed me. The Lord’s heart and His love really shines through you (and Lynn). I was especially encouraged by your point about the 1 Peter 3 verses–how when we trust in the Lord–fully TRUST Him, His beautiful spirit and Love shine through to our husbands, our children, and everyone around us. This is so true and is a lesson that the Lord is teaching me right now. It’s so hard to trust, but I really do agree with you that it is key. I have so far to go in this area. Again, thank you so much for your tender heart. I know the Lord is using you and I pray that many, many will benefit through your new book. I rejoice with you in what God has done/is doing in your husband and your marriage. Praise Him!

    Thank you Dineen! I watched this morning before heading to church. I can’t wait to get my book! I am so greatful for this resource, I don’t have anyone to really discuss with, how difficult the application of 1 Peter 1-5, so it’s such a blessing to know I am not alone in this struggle.

    What a tremendous encouragement this video was today. Sunday mornings are the most difficult. I was having a little pity party this morning as I sent my husband off to his non-Christian church and sat down with my breakfast and thought about having to go alone to my own church. Drinking my tea and watching the video was like having a friend in the room saying “keep going”. Thank you! May the Lord continue HIS work in you and Lynn. Blessings! I, too, wish that we could be in the same room sharing heart to heart!

    How humbling it was to hear you read my comment today. And how ironic too as my husband and I did not have the best morning. Thank you for this – I was thrilled to hear about your husband’s excitement about your book. I also appreciate you speaking on the jewelry and adornments. It amazes me how easy it is to misinterpret something and then decide a scripture passage doesn’t apply based solely on a misinterpretation.

    I listen to your massage the other day and was so encouraged as you spoke of the importance of the beauty of Christ inside of us shinning through to witness to our husbands. You are an encouragement and an example of how we can thrive not just survive when I read that your family is experiencing some difficulties at this time and yet you have not let that get you down but still minister to others.

    Dineen,
    Today was the first chance I’ve had to watch this video. As always, God’s timing is perfect. I needed this encouragement so much this morning. I never feel like I am doing enough, not doing the right things, or just messing things up in general. But you reminded me that it is not through MY strength or my actions that my sweet husband will find the joy of Jesus. Thank you for taking me back into the Word and helping me see it in a new way. I have been praying that God would show me where the impurities are in my heart and, oh boy, He is showing me. Most of them can all go back to SELF. Lynn’s post yesterday about getting “self” out of the way really hit home. I pray that God would show you and Lynn how much your ministry means to me and to others walking this road. (By the way, I am anxious to check out the Yahoo group. I don’t feel comfortable going to your FB page and this sounds like another option.) Thank you for your prayers. Thank you God for your mercy. Create in me a gentle and quiet spirit.

    I so hope you read my post today and clicked at the bottom to Lynn’s post at Lace with Grace about being enough. You are enough! Please go read them if you can. Be encouraged, my friend. Don’t let the enemy think you are anything less than a precious daughter of the King, who has great plans for your life! He is our competence and our confidence. I prayed with you as I read your words, Beverly. Love what you shared from Psalm 143. That is so precious and our greatest gift that we can give God-ourselves. What a wonderful translation of its truth. I love it!
