The Power of Communion (This practice can heal you.)
Today, I want to encourage all of you who have been fasting. And encourage all the rest who weren’t able to fast.

Finishing our fast and taking what we gained into our everyday lives is powerful. I want to share how I join in unity with the Trinity through Communion.
As we conclude our fast later today, plan to end it with the Lord’s Supper. I have a recipe for you below for the bread.
This is the practice I use for commemorating the blood of Jesus. By the way, I could write volumes about the power and all the good and promises that the spilled blood of Christ brings to a believer. (Another time.)
Begin with the bread. I hold the piece of bread up before my eyes. I pray something similar to this:
Lord Jesus, thank you for your sacrifice. You staggered at the whipping post for my healing. You took the lashes that releases me from oppression and bad thinking. Lord, you were maimed that I can walk in Divine Health. I thank you Jesus and I honor your broken body.
Then I partake of the bread.
Then holding the cup of juice up before my eyes I pray something like this:
Lord, Jesus, thank you for the blood that spilled. It purchased me, redeemed my brokenness, and I am now part of an amazing family. Thank you.
Jesus, your blood flows through my body, strengthening and healing every part of me. You heal (this is where I insert any pain, sickness, disease by name). I thank you for your healing power. I thank you for loving me to be the ultimate sacrifice.
And now Father, I thank you for Jesus and the new Covenant of love. And as I receive the blood it flows through my body. And it realigns my DNA to your DNA, Father. Thank you.
I receive and reaffirm this holy covenant between us. In Jesus name. AMEN
I hope you begin to practice communion this way. It will heal you. I love you. Thank you for your fasting sacrifice. I’ll see you next week. Blessings and hugs, Lynn

From Jean Ritari:
Recipe: 3 Cups whole wheat flour
1 Cup warm milk
1 Tbls honey
Pinch of salt or sprinkle salt on top
Preheat oven 400 degrees. Mix together and knead briefly. Divide in three parts and roll out with rolling pin into a flat disk (use dusting of flour underneath). Prick the top with fork. With knife or pizza cutter, divide into fourths.
Place on baking sheet (I used parchment paper underneath) and bake immediately for 15 minutes. If smaller amounts, reduce bake time.
