    thanks for linking to me, the one by Heather Mardon is a little hard to come by and is only available in nz I think but I’m more than happy to look for a copy if anyone would like it. There’s another good one that I found invaluable by Stormie Omartian “power of a praying wife” the one you mentioned called me, obey him started me off in thinking about submission AND there’s another good one by Evelyn Christenson called “Lord change me”.

    My oldest sister bought a copy of this book for myself and our other two sisters. It is very scripturally correct and a little controversial for todays “modern christian woman” who find being outspoken to be one of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. (lol)
    I think through this book I was able to accept that as I read 1 Peter 3, I was to be reading it as the Lord moved me to change, not me telling my husband how he was to apply these verses to his life and our marriage. Another book that I really enjoyed and a book that one of our Pastors even has in his collection, is Sacred Marriage by Gary Thomas. The lead on this book is,
    “What if God Designed Marriage to Make Us Holy More Than to Make Us Happy”.

    I agree with E-mom on the book “For Women Only:…”. I actually read it right after Love & Respect. There are still a couple other books I have on my wish-list to read. I hope to make changes in my life-style (not so much blogging) that will give me time again on reading the books…One is “Becoming the Woman of his dreams…” by Sharon Jaynes :).
